Improvements and bugfixes

To initiate a new Studio without installing the CLI globally:

npx create-sanity@latest

To upgrade a v3 Studio:

npm install sanity@latest

• Fixes a regression from v3.8.0 where annotations could not be edited in Safari
• Fixes an issue with duplicate keys when pasting empty lines into an empty Portable Text input
