VSCode: Support for Sanity Studio v3

We've given the Sanity plugin for Visual Studio Code (VS Code) some well-deserved attention, where it will now work if the workspace contains a sanity.cli.ts file.

We've also removed support for Sanity Studio v2, as it was EOL earlier this year.

The plugin gives you syntax highlighting for GROQ and ways to run GROQ queries and see query results from your code.
