Tankhouse

The project centered around developing a dynamic, visually appealing, and user-friendly website for Tankhouse, a Brooklyn-based real estate development firm. The website was designed to showcase Tankhouse’s unique architectural approach and ongoing real estate projects. Given the company’s focus on design-driven, community-centered developments, the website needed to reflect the brand’s ethos of creativity, modern aesthetics, and craftsmanship.

To achieve these objectives, we used Next.js for server-side rendering and optimal performance, Tailwind CSS for highly customizable and consistent styling, Framer Motion for smooth, interactive animations, and shadcn for modern UI components. Additionally, we collaborated closely with JakobJakob, a Brooklyn-based partner for branding, to ensure the website design, typography, and visual identity were aligned with Tankhouse’s brand ethos. This strategic partnership allowed us to bridge branding and development seamlessly, delivering a cohesive digital experience.
