655 Union

The project centered around developing a dynamic, visually appealing, and user-friendly marketing website for 655 Union, a boutique collection of 193 luxury apartments located near Gowanus and Park Slope, Brooklyn. The website was designed to showcase 655 Union’s unique blend of upscale design, premium amenities, and prime connectivity to Manhattan via the R train. Given the project’s emphasis on modern living and convenience, the website needed to reflect the brand’s ethos of contemporary luxury, urban accessibility, and elevated craftsmanship.

To achieve these objectives, we used Next.js for server-side rendering and optimal performance, Tailwind CSS for highly customizable and consistent styling, Framer Motion for smooth, interactive animations, and shadcn for modern UI components. Additionally, we collaborated closely with JakobJakob, a Brooklyn-based partner for branding, to ensure the website’s design, typography, and visual identity were aligned with 655 Union’s refined brand ethos. This strategic partnership allowed us to bridge branding and development seamlessly, delivering a cohesive digital experience that highlights 655 Union’s sophisticated living spaces, premium lifestyle, and unmatched urban accessibility.
