Uploading Video Assets for Projects - Mux Plugin Only?

Am I understanding it correctly, that the only way to upload video assets for a project is via the Mux plugin?

No, you can use the

file

schema type to upload a video as well. However, it won't have a preview of the video unless you create a custom component to display it.
