Sanity Image CDN - Image Resizing and Optimization

Hi, everyone. Do I need to reduce the size of the photos and optimize them before uploading to Sanity? Is it ok if I will leave image resizing and optimization solely on Sanity’s Image CDN?

Yes it’s fine to leave them large and actually the best approach in my opinion.
