Clarification on the number of projects allowed in a micro SaaS account.

Hello everyone! Got a question, if I wanted to create a micro SaaS to create blogs within my hometown, how many projects can I have in my account? Where is the line that surpassing X amount of projects I'm to be billed for more projects?
