Hello everyone,I have the following problems: first I tried to contact the support via email multiple times now, no respond at all. The initial reason for my contacting was that I cant seem to invite collaborators to my project. My solution was to try making a new account and try again. This worked up to the point where I had to login to my new account whichagain I dont seem to manage, cause it automatically chooses the old one when I select email and password authentication.
I would be really greatful if someone could help me thanks

and what happens if you try to invite a new member to that project?

the invitation mail goes out, i can accept it but it does not add any collaborators (under the tab team)

Are you accepting the invitation yourself in the same browser that you're already logged into, or is it someone else that accepts it and isn't added?

i have multiple emails, so im sending it to one that is not yet the owner of the account

so the account belongs to tim.kousadianos@bold.ch , invitations goes out to timkun@hotmail.com

try opening the invitation in a window with incognito mode or something. Because I suspect that the invitation screen sees that you're logged in, and tries connecting the invitation to that account (which already has access)

the invitation is just a special one-time link, so it's not tied to the email you send it to (since you can choose to activate it with google/github/email–password)

okey, when i click the accept invitationlink, i get redirected to manage.sanity.io/projects/dxhyu0am/tema but no member/ collaborator is added.all done in inkognito window

that's weird. You should have been redirected to a sign-in window. But if you can access the team page, that means you're logged in somehow?

so you can not be logged in, otherwise it will just rederect you to your own account? ...

okey, a coworker tryed too, it seems to be a problem with account and password, cause google login works fine.

ah in my opinion it's not a matter of blame^^ sanity is awesome, and I think were both happy if missunderstandings are eliminated^^ I would check the login by username and password again.
