US employees are offered medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) non-matching. Employees outside the US are enrolled in equivalent or public schemas.

We’ll start with an introductory chat to learn more about you, your background, and what makes you excited about joining Sanity. looking for.

3. Exploring Your Fit

Next, you'll meet with the hiring manager to discuss your experience and fit for the role. If it's a match, we'll invite you to a skills assessment. You'll receive clear instructions in advance to help you prepare.

4. Collaborating with the Team

You'll also meet a few future teammates through an interview loop. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and see how we'd work together.

5. Final Steps
